According to Sadyraliev, the company's goal is to support the population by organizing social warehouses where coal is offered at reduced prices.
For example, while the market price of coal fluctuates between 7,000 and 8,000 soms, it can be purchased at social warehouses for 5,800 soms.
The number of such warehouses is increasing every year. In 2023, there were 58, in 2024 — 75, and in 2025-2026, it is planned to increase their number to 142 across the country.
Sadyraliev also noted that in the southern regions, coal that costs 9,000 to 13,000 soms on the market could be bought at social warehouses for 6,000 soms. In the northern regions, the price ranged from 5,800 to 6,100 soms, while on the market it reached 10,000 soms.
During the autumn-winter period of 2025-2026, it is planned to sell about 360,000 tons of coal through social warehouses.
The enterprise will continue to work in this direction and plans to increase supply volumes.
