In the village of Panfilovka, two men suspected of murder have been detained. According to information provided by the Press Service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region, the tragic incident occurred on the night of February 8.
At 03:56, a call was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Panfilov District from the district hospital reporting that a man with a gunshot wound had been admitted. An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
The body of the man, born in 1993, was found in the yard of one of the houses, in the cabin of a KIA K5 vehicle. He had a gunshot wound to the abdomen and injuries to his face. In the hayloft, officers found a single-barreled sawed-off shotgun of the IZH 16 brand, which had a cartridge in the chamber, as well as a spent shell casing of the same caliber.
The investigation established that the deceased and the detained individuals, A.N. (born in 1993) and O.A. (born in 1991), were classmates. A conflict arose between O.Z. and A.N. during a joint consumption of alcoholic beverages, during which A.N. fired the shotgun belonging to O.A. The victim died on the spot from the sustained injury.
The detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the court has imposed a measure of restraint in the form of two months of imprisonment.
At this time, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Murder), and the investigation is ongoing.
