According to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, on February 8 at 3:56 AM, a report was received at the district hospital that a man had been fatally injured during a fight in the village of Panfilovka. An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
In the yard of one of the houses, in the cabin of a KIA K5 car, the body of 30-year-old O.Zh. was found with a gunshot wound to the abdomen and facial injuries. An examination revealed that the man had died before the medics arrived.
The investigation established that O.Zh. and the detainees, A.N. and O.A., were classmates. During a joint drinking session, a conflict arose between O.Zh. and A.N., during which A.N. shot O.Zh. with a gun belonging to O.A., resulting in O.Zh.'s subsequent death.
The detainees, A.N., born in 1993, and O.A., born in 1991, are being held in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the court has imposed a preventive measure on them for two months.
The investigation is ongoing.
