The incident happened on January 26, 2026, around 9:01 AM. A call was received by service 102 reporting that a man had stabbed a girl in a private hotel on Kuliev Street, and she died at the scene.
Investigative team members from the district police department arrived at the scene without delay. It was established that there had been a long-term romantic relationship between D.M. and R.E. On the day of the tragedy, after consuming alcoholic beverages together, a conflict arose between the couple, during which R.E. inflicted a wound on the suspect's hand with a knife. In response, he stabbed the girl in the neck.
In connection with the incident, the investigative service of the Lenin district police department initiated a criminal case under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The suspect, born in 2002, has been detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek police department.
