According to information from law enforcement agencies, on January 14, a signal was received at number 102 that the body of a man with signs of violent death had been found near one of the new buildings in the city.
The identity of the victim has been established — he is a citizen A.R., born in 1976.
Based on the collected data, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Murder").
During operational activities, including the use of video cameras from the "Safe City" system, the suspect was quickly detained in the Kochkor district at one of the checkpoints. He turned out to be a citizen B.u.K., born in 1996. The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility.

According to preliminary data, a conflict between the suspect and the victim arose during the joint consumption of alcoholic beverages and escalated into a fight, during which the victim sustained fatal injuries.
Investigative actions are ongoing, necessary examinations have been appointed, and all circumstances of the incident are being established.
