It became known that on January 7, the Drug Control Service received information about possible trading of synthetic substances in the Pervomaisky District, which served as the basis for initiating a criminal case by the investigative authorities of the Pervomaisky District Internal Affairs Department.
The detained individual turned out to be a young man named S. A., born in 2001. According to preliminary data, he used the Telegram messenger to obtain drugs and distributed them in the city through so-called "stash spots."
At present, the suspect has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Main Internal Affairs Directorate in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Investigative actions are ongoing.
