On the morning of December 16, a shocking incident occurred at an educational institution in the village of Gorki-2, located in the Odintsovo district. A ninth-grade student entered the school with a knife and began attacking people.

According to investigative authorities, he initially sprayed pepper spray in the face of a security guard and then inflicted a knife wound on him. The attacker then turned to a 10-year-old student, who, unfortunately, died on the spot due to severe injuries. This information was confirmed by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

Ksenia Mishonova, the children's ombudsman for the Moscow region, reported that the victim was in the fourth grade. The name of the deceased is Kobiljon Aliev, and he was a citizen of Tajikistan. Other students were also injured as a result of the attack.

The suspect has been detained. Media reports indicate that he recorded the incident on camera. For 15 minutes, he filmed his attack, having previously left a dummy explosive device in the restroom and searched classrooms for a teacher. In one of the scenes, he asked children questions about their nationality before attacking.

Earlier, a few days before the tragedy, the teenager sent a message to his classmates titled "My Anger," which contained neo-Nazi ideas and negative statements about Jews, Muslims, and liberals. There are also reports of his photographs featuring neo-Nazi symbols.

Investigative authorities have initiated a criminal case under articles related to murder and attempted murder. The detained individual has confessed to his guilt, and a psychological and psychiatric examination has been appointed to determine his sanity. The investigation is currently examining the teenager's social circle and his activity on social media.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan issued a statement condemning the attack, which occurred on the grounds of national hatred, resulting in the death of a citizen of the country.

The Tajik ambassador to Russia, Semen Grigoryev, received a note demanding a thorough investigation of the incident and holding those responsible accountable in accordance with current legislation.

Additionally, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan, Ramazon Rahimzoda, emphasized the need for a comprehensive investigation to establish all the circumstances of the incident during a conversation with Vladimir Kolokoltsev, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In response, Kolokoltsev assured that the case is under strict control and all measures are being taken to ensure the objectivity of the investigation.
