Two people were killed in the shooting at Brown University in the USA
The incident occurred on Saturday when a shooting took place at the university, resulting in the deaths of two students and injuries to nine others. The suspect turned out to be Benjamin Erikson, a former military personnel, who was detained by the police, reports 360.ru.
“We express our sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of Muhammad-Aziz Umurzokov, the Uzbek student who tragically lost his life as a result of this incident,” noted the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Diplomatic representatives of Uzbekistan are in close contact with the relatives of the deceased and the relevant American authorities.
