Students from four countries participated in the opening of the SCO hall at the Kyrgyz-Uzbek University

At the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University named after B. Sydykov, an international meeting titled "The Youth of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan — Continuators of Brotherhood" was held, dedicated to the opening of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization hall.

Student activists, representatives of diplomatic missions, and official guests from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Russia participated in this significant event. Guests were presented with various programs and presentations aimed at promoting cultural rapprochement among the peoples.

Information about the activities of the Diplomatic Center was announced at the meeting. The Vice-Rector of Namangan State University for Academic Affairs, K. Kodirov, congratulated the participants and presented a Letter of Appreciation to the Rector of KUMU, Professor Abdilbayet Mamasyidkov, symbolizing successful cooperation between the educational institutions.

The report on the "Chyngyz Aalamy" project and the significance of Chinghiz Aitmatov's legacy was presented by the Vice-President of the International Issyk-Kul Forum named after Ch. Aitmatov, D. Jumabaeva, who also donated valuable literature to the university library.

The Deputy Director of the Cultural Integration Center of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Stalbek Bekbolotov, emphasized the importance of partnership initiatives among the youth of neighboring countries.

"The future is in our hands — we will continue the unity of the two countries!" — under this slogan, the youth of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan exchanged books, symbolizing their strong friendship.
