According to the president's press service, there have been two shooting incidents in the border area over the past seven days, resulting in the deaths of five people and injuries to another five. These events occurred due to gunfire coming from the territory of Afghanistan.
Rahmon expressed strong condemnation of the illegal provocations by Afghan citizens and instructed the responsible authorities to take necessary measures to resolve the current situation and prevent similar incidents in the future.
