- Marco Rubio, the U.S. Secretary of State, announced significant progress in negotiations on a peace plan for Ukraine that took place with the Ukrainian delegation in Geneva.
- In its statement, the White House noted that the updated version of the peace plan includes additional security guarantees for Ukraine.
