- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky hinted for the first time in an interview with Bloomberg at the possibility of Ukrainian troops retreating from Pokrovsk, stating that the decision rests with the military. "We cannot allow them to die for destroyed buildings," he noted.
- The mayor of the capital reported injuries as a result of shelling and fires in residential buildings. Head of the Kyiv Military Administration, Timur Tkachенко, stated that at least five people were injured due to a strike in the Dnipro district.
- The Kyiv City Administration confirmed that around ten apartment buildings were damaged as a result of nighttime attacks on the capital, with damage reported in eight districts of the city.
- Drone attacks occurred in Novorossiysk, and explosions and sirens were also heard in Gelendzhik, Anapa, and Tuapse. Airports in Krasnodar, Gelendzhik, as well as Penza, Volgograd, Saratov, and Tambov are temporarily closed. The operational headquarters of the Krasnodar region reported that a fuel depot in the seaport of Novorossiysk was damaged due to a strike by Ukrainian drones.
- A civilian vessel was damaged in the attack on the port of Novorossiysk, and three crew members were injured.
- A Russian Su-30 fighter jet crashed in the Prionezhsky district of Karelia during a training flight, and the crew perished.
- On Friday, November 14, electricity consumption restrictions will be in effect in many regions of Ukraine due to massive attacks by Russian missiles and drones on energy infrastructure facilities.
- Russian forces were able to partially occupy Pokrovsk thanks to the actions of the "Rubicon" unit, which uses drones to locate Ukrainian drone operators, reports the Financial Times.
