The head of the region reported that the debris from the downed drones fell on the territory of the combined heat and power plant (CHP) in Oryol, leading to damage to the power supply equipment. However, thanks to prompt actions, the power supply was almost completely restored after switching to backup lines.

According to Klychkov, there were no casualties as a result of the incident, and no fires occurred at the CHP. However, he clarified that the damaged pipeline will cause temporary restrictions in the supply of heat and hot water in the Soviet, Railway, and Northern districts of the city.

During the night, the Telegram channel Astra published a video capturing the moment of the explosion and the subsequent fire at what is claimed to be the Oryol CHP.

Additionally, it was reported that Ukrainian drones also attacked the "Vladimirskaya" substation in the Vladimir region. Governor Alexander Gusev stated that as a result of this attack, there were no casualties or destruction recorded in the region.

In the Yaroslavl region, Governor Mikhail Evraev reported the closure of two kindergartens in the Frunzensky district due to debris from the drones falling.
