- U.S. President Donald Trump presented a new plan that includes, among other things, demands for Ukraine to cede eastern territories to Russia, reduce the size of its armed forces, and abandon certain types of weapons. The document also mentions granting the Russian language official status in Ukraine and banning the presence of foreign troops.
- On Wednesday evening, Russian drones attacked Dnipro and Pavlohrad, located in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
- On Wednesday night, Russia again shelled Ukraine using missiles and drones, targeting energy infrastructure. As a result of the attack in Ternopil, two residential buildings were damaged, 26 people died, and 73 were injured.
- In Kharkiv, during a large-scale drone attack, more than 40 people, including children, were injured, and many homes were damaged, according to local authorities and rescuers.
- On Wednesday morning, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the day before, Ukraine attacked Voronezh using four American-made ATACMS missiles. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the use of these missiles but did not specify the region of the strike. The Russian agency claims that all missiles were intercepted by S-400 and "Pantsir" systems, but debris damaged the roofs of a geriatric center and an orphanage, and MLRS launchers were destroyed.
- The Italian Supreme Court decided to extradite a Ukrainian suspected of involvement in the explosions on the "Nord Stream" pipelines to Berlin.
- Polish authorities plan to deploy up to 10,000 soldiers as part of a major operation to protect critical infrastructure, including airports and communication lines.
- UK Defense Minister John Healey reported that the Russian research vessel "Yantar" has been actively operating in the country's territorial waters in recent weeks and has used laser systems against British anti-submarine P-8 Poseidon aircraft crews.
