On the outskirts of the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, the body of a young woman was found. According to the Main Department of Internal Affairs, the suspect in this crime attempted to commit suicide.
According to information received by the "102" service on February 4, 2026, at 23:04, a body was discovered on the bypass road of the city.
The investigative-operational group of the First May District Department of Internal Affairs immediately went to the scene. It was confirmed at the scene that there were signs of violent death on the woman.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It has been established that the deceased is a citizen S.B., born in 2006.
Police quickly identified the suspect, who turned out to be a citizen N.A., born in 2004. When law enforcement officers arrived at his home, he attempted to commit suicide by inflicting several stab wounds on himself.
Police officers provided him with first aid and called an ambulance team "103".
Currently, N.A. is under guard in a medical facility.
Necessary forensic examinations have been appointed in the case, and the pre-trial investigation continues in full accordance with the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
