At the scene, an investigative-operational group from the First May District Internal Affairs Department worked, confirming the presence of signs of violent death. In connection with this, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 "Murder" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The victim turned out to be 17-year-old S. B.
The police quickly identified the suspect, who is N. A., born in 2004. When law enforcement arrived at his home, he attempted to take his own life by inflicting knife wounds on himself. Police officers provided him with first aid and called an ambulance.
At the moment, N. A. is in a medical facility under guard.
As part of the criminal case, the necessary examinations have been appointed, and the pre-trial investigation is ongoing in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, as emphasized by the Main Internal Affairs Department.
