An incident occurred in the Chui region, resulting in the detention of a suspect in the murder of a local resident. This information was provided by the press service of the regional Department of Internal Affairs.
On January 15, law enforcement received a report that the lifeless body of a man born in 1973 was found in his home. A forensic investigative team was dispatched to the scene. According to preliminary data, the day before, on January 14, a gathering was taking place in the victim's house, involving a woman born in 1971, a man born in 1993, and their acquaintance named Z.
During a conflict that arose among the participants of the gathering, two of them sustained bodily injuries. The woman was hospitalized at the City Clinical Hospital No. 4 in Bishkek. The man's body was sent to the morgue to determine the circumstances of his death. The suspect was placed in a temporary detention facility.
A criminal case has been initiated in accordance with Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Investigative activities and examinations are currently ongoing.
