A investigative-operational group has been created for the murder case
The State Committee for National Security (GKNB) will be investigating the murder committed by a former police officer in Bishkek. This was reported by the press center of the GKNB.
The head of the service, Kamchybek Tashiev, sharply commented on the incident, stating that it is not the result of a domestic conflict, but constitutes a committed murder.
According to information from law enforcement agencies, an investigative-operational group has already been formed and has begun investigating the incident.
Recall that on December 23 in Bishkek, after an official divorce, the ex-husband, who previously worked in the police, met his ex-wife after her workday and took her to his place. That day was the woman's birthday.
Later, her sister called the police. Upon arrival, law enforcement officers discovered the woman's body with gunshot wounds in one of the apartments in the capital. The man was detained at the crime scene.
