According to his account, the police have video evidence confirming that the woman calmly entered the apartment holding flowers. Additionally, after the meeting, the suspect called his son to inform him that he and his mother had reconciled.
Toktonaliev also pointed out the role of alcohol in the incident. At 8:30 PM, the couple returned home, and a call about a quarrel was received at 9:00 PM. During this time, a conflict occurred between them. The victim called her sister, who, in turn, called the police without knowing the exact address. With the help of the "Safe City" system, law enforcement was able to track the vehicle and arrive at the specified address. Not receiving a response to their knock on the door, the operatives entered the apartment through a window and detained the man, who was in a state of intoxication.
