This time, the focus is on 29-year-old Ainura Kutmanova, a police inspector from the village of Manas, located in the Talas region. Together with her husband, they are raising two children - a son and a daughter.
- Tell us about your journey. Where are you from? How did you come to the police and what motivated you to choose this profession?
— I graduated from school and then studied at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic from 2014 to 2018. Since 2022, I have been working as an inspector in the secretariat of the Talas region's Department of Internal Affairs and hold the rank of senior lieutenant of police. My desire to become a police officer is connected to my wish to serve society and uphold justice. From a young age, I adhered to the principles of discipline and responsibility. I believe that caring for safety in society is a great honor and trust.
- Have you had any memorable cases at work?
— Once, there was an incident involving the sending of an important letter to the wrong address. I immediately took responsibility, clarified the situation, and sent the document to the correct address, also explaining everything to the management. This case taught me how important it is to pay attention to details in work. Of course, during the time when my children were small, it was challenging to balance work and home responsibilities. However, the support of my family and understanding from my colleagues helped me overcome difficulties. Now I believe I have successfully learned to find a balance between family life and professional duties.
