In Bishkek, a former police officer became the perpetrator of a tragedy, killing his ex-wife the day after their divorce. This was reported by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital.
On December 23, around 21:00, a city resident contacted the police requesting help in finding her sister. She reported that the day before, her sister had divorced her husband and was heading to work.
In response to the request, law enforcement agencies initiated a "Intercept" plan.
During the investigation, it was revealed that after the divorce, a quarrel occurred between U.J., born in 1978, and U.B., born in 1977. The man took the woman in his car and drove her to an unknown location. Later, her body with gunshot wounds was found in one of the apartments in the Sverdlovsk district.
The suspect was detained, and a traumatic pistol MP-79 was found in his possession.
