“It should not be the case that an ordinary citizen, who has no connection to criminal activity, is subjected to criminal prosecution. You must monitor this. Do not create artificial cases and do not destroy people's lives — this is essentially a crime. Even if we legally hold 100 people accountable, any unlawful prosecution of one innocent person negates all our efforts. It is better to achieve no results than to do so at the cost of an innocent person's fate,” Tashiev emphasized.
