On December 23, 2025, a grand opening of a new recreation center called "Kyzyl-Beles" took place in the village of Tash-Moynok, located in the Alamudun district of the Chui region. The center was organized by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.

High-ranking officials attended the ceremony, including Colonel General Kamchybek Tashiev, who is the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the head of the GKNB, as well as the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Chui region, Amangeldi Osmonov, veterans, and staff of the national security agencies.

The complex covers an area of 29 hectares and offers modern facilities for the recreation of GKNB employees and their families. As part of the project, 15 well-equipped houses were built, each with an area of 60 square meters, and a 600-meter-long cable car was installed. Work has been carried out to improve and illuminate the territory, which is intended for year-round family recreation in an environmentally clean area.

In his address to the participants of the event, Tashiev emphasized the importance of creating such facilities for the social support of employees and veterans of the security agencies, which in turn positively affects their professional activities.

Kamchybek Tashiev also outlined the main areas of work for the GKNB in 2026, noting that starting January 1, in order to support honest businesses, unjustified inspections by the GKNB and other law enforcement agencies will be halted. The main priority will be to protect the rights of entrepreneurs and promote economic freedom, while remaining strict with those who violate the law.

Additionally, special attention will be given to the fight against corruption. Next year, it is planned to intensify anti-corruption measures in various government institutions, including the financial, energy, and mining sectors, as well as public service centers.

The head of the GKNB also noted that important work has been completed in the country to combat organized crime groups and emphasized the inadmissibility of unjustified prosecution of citizens on this criterion.

At the conclusion of the event, Colonel General Tashiev urged law enforcement officers to strictly adhere to legality and professional ethics, without violating the rights and freedoms of citizens. He then cut the symbolic red ribbon and familiarized himself with the conditions created at the new recreation center "Kyzyl-Beles."
