Climber Eduard Kubatov met with cadets of the GKNB Academy

On December 15, a meeting took place between Eduard Kubatov, the president of the Federation of Mountaineering and Rock Climbing, as well as a veteran of national security agencies, with cadets and officers of the GKNB Academy, as reported by the press service of the Committee.

During this event, Kubatov shared his achievements in the field of mountaineering and his experience in national security service. In addition, he donated his book titled "My Everest" to the Academy's library.

It is worth noting that Eduard Kubatov became the first Kyrgyz in the history of Kyrgyzstan to conquer the highest peak in the world—Everest, which stands at 8,848 meters. He is also among the top 50 climbers on the planet according to international rankings, as stated in the report.
