During his congratulatory speech, Japarov expressed hope for the victory of the strongest team.
The tournament's opening took place at the National Football Academy of the Kyrgyz Football Union, where the matches will be held. Sixteen teams are participating in the competition, and games will also take place at the "Gazprom-Detyam" sports and health complex.

- "Femida" — representatives of the judiciary;
- "Zhurnalistter" — representatives of the media and bloggers;
- "Sport Cheberleri" — sports stars and representatives of sports federations;
- "Ish bashkarmasy" — employees of the President's Office;
- "Aymaktar" — presidential representatives and district akims;
- "Yyman" — representatives of the clergy;
- "Den sooluk" — healthcare workers;
- "Bilim" — employees of the education system;
- "Yustitsiya" — justice officials;
- "Koopsuzduk" — national security officials;
- "Dynamo" — representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs law enforcement agencies;
- "Közömöl" — prosecutors;
- "Elchiler" — representatives of the diplomatic corps;
- "Dostuk" — Assembly of the People of the Kyrgyz Republic and leaders of diasporas.
On December 14, the quarterfinal, semifinal, and final matches of the tournament will take place.
