The Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers – Chairman of the State National Security Committee Kamchybek Tashiev made a working visit to the Leilek District on December 11 and met with residents of the villages of Maksat and Razakov.

According to the press service of the State National Security Committee, provided on December 12, Tashiev inspected new residential complexes built as a result of the border demarcation and directly communicated with local residents. The discussions took place in an open and constructive atmosphere, allowing citizens to ask their questions and receive answers.

In the village of Maksat, 44 hectares of land were allocated for the construction of residential and social facilities. On this site, 16 modern houses have been built, into which residents have already moved, settling there on a permanent basis. Conditions for a new life are gradually being created in this area.

Tashiev then visited the resettled village of Razakov, where he also met with local residents, listened to their needs and problems related to social and infrastructure issues.

“Every raised issue will be taken under control, and the relevant leaders will receive instructions to address the problems,” the State National Security Committee's message emphasizes.

An area of 11 hectares has been allocated in Razakov, where 60 houses have been built.

“At the moment, residents have fully settled into the new apartments, and life in the settlement has begun. It is important to note that during the clarification of the borders, some citizens' homes ended up on territories transferred to the other side. The state has systematically resolved this issue by providing each family with 10 acres of land and building new houses that meet modern standards,” the message states.
