He noted that the land in this region is considered one of the most fertile in the country and creates excellent conditions for agricultural production. "Previously, the lands were divided among certain individuals who had the opportunity to seize them. Only in 2025, more than 12 thousand hectares were returned. In particular, 600 hectares were returned in the Issyk-Ata district, 600 hectares in the Alamudun district, 5600 hectares in the Sokuluk district, 800 hectares in the Moscow district, 4200 hectares in the Jayil district, 300 hectares in the Panfilov district, and 550 hectares in the Kemin district. Additionally, 355 hectares of land along the road were returned in the Kemin district, which had been fenced off with containers," he added.
Tashiev also mentioned that over 300 hectares were returned in the Alamudun district, which previously belonged to Sharshenbek Abdykerimov, the owner of the "Ayuu" holding. According to him, the total value of the property returned to the state amounts to 100 billion soms. "These figures are only for the Chuy region. In other regions, the situation is even more serious. The state has been plundered. Officials, criminals, and outsiders, depending on their capabilities, all participated in this process. That is why we observe such problems in the country — hospitals in a deplorable state, roads... If you look at the central stadium [in the Kemin district], it makes you want to cry. Schools are also in terrible condition, and it was impossible to pay salaries to doctors. All of this is being restored at the direction of the country's leadership," Tashiev concluded.
