The complex occupies 19 hectares, and its territory includes 15 cottages for recreation, each with an area of 60 square meters, as well as a cable car with a length of 600 meters. The entire area is equipped and illuminated.
This center is intended for family recreation year-round in an ecosystem.
During his speech, Tashiev:
- talked about the intention to stop unreasonable inspections of businesses by the GKNB and other law enforcement agencies starting January 1, 2026, to support honest entrepreneurs;
- promised that strict measures would be applied to individuals engaged in illegal activities;
- emphasized that anti-corruption measures would be intensified in all government structures, including the financial, energy, and mining sectors, as well as public service centers;
- mentioned the completion of work on the elimination of organized crime groups, noting that "it is unacceptable to unjustly hold citizens accountable based on this criterion".
