“Organized crime groups have been eliminated in Kyrgyzstan”
Kamchybek Tashiev, speaking at the opening of the State National Security Committee's recreation center "Kyzyl-Beles," announced that from January 1, 2026, law enforcement agencies will stop conducting unwarranted inspections of entrepreneurs.
The head of the State National Security Committee assured that honest entrepreneurs will receive protection.
“In 2026, we will begin anti-corruption measures in all state institutions. Organized crime groups in Kyrgyzstan have been completely eradicated, and entrepreneurs should not be held accountable based on alleged connections with them. If they act honestly and in good faith, we will protect their rights. However, if laws are violated, they will bear responsibility,” Tashiev stated.
