According to Tashiev, there are no justifications for such actions, whether it be "family disagreements," emotions, or alcohol intoxication.
He emphasized: "This is not just a quarrel — this is murder, especially when it concerns a woman and a mother," adding that the state must strictly protect women and children. Anyone who raises a hand or a weapon against a woman must be prepared for severe punishment that will not be mitigated by the law.
Kamchybek Tashiev also reported that an investigation into this case has already begun, and the perpetrator will face punishment in accordance with the law. "This is our principled position — not for the sake of reporting, but for the sake of justice and the safety of citizens," he noted.
Additionally, he expressed condolences to the children and relatives of the murdered woman, emphasizing that the state will always stand on the side of the victim, not violence.
