Based on this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 37-122 ("Attempted Murder") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
Employees of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs responded quickly and arrested a 20-year-old suspect named A.A. He has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
