A resident of Bishkek, known as D.S., filed a complaint with the Interior Ministry regarding the incident. According to her, on January 10, 2026, in one of the city’s parking lots, an unknown individual broke the rear right window of her car and stole a bag containing personal documents and an amount of $2000.
Based on this complaint, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 (theft) of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of operational-search activities, including the analysis of data from the "Safe City" camera system, police officers were able to identify the suspect — a 30-year-old man named A.A. He was arrested and taken to the Investigative Service, after which he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
