According to the information, on the night of February 8, at 03:56, the Panfilov district internal affairs department received a report from a local hospital that during a conflict in the village of Panfilovka, a man sustained a gunshot wound and died.
The body of the deceased was found in the yard of one of the houses, in the cabin of a KIA K5 car. He was identified as 30-year-old O. Zh., born in 1993. Upon examination of the body, gunshot wounds to the abdomen and facial injuries were discovered.
A sawed-off shotgun of the IZH 16 caliber, which contained a cartridge, as well as a spent shell casing of the same caliber, were also found at the scene.
In connection with the incident, the investigative authorities initiated a criminal case under the article "Murder".
Shortly thereafter, the identities of the suspects were established - they are former classmates of O. Zh., A. N., born in 1993, and O. A., born in 1991.
The investigation believes that during a joint drinking session between O. Zh. and A. N., a conflict arose, during which A. N. fired a gun belonging to O. A. As a result of this shot, the victim sustained a fatal injury.
Both suspects were detained, and the court decided on a preventive measure in the form of two months of imprisonment.
