A report about the incident came from the district hospital, where it was stated that the man sustained a gunshot wound during a fight and soon died.
An investigative operational group arrived at the scene. In the cabin of a KIA K5 parked in the yard of one of the houses, a body was found with no signs of life. It was established that the deceased was O.Z., born in 1993. Upon examination of his body, a gunshot wound to the abdomen and facial injuries were recorded.
During the investigation, law enforcement officers discovered a sawed-off IZH 16 caliber shotgun with a cartridge in the chamber at the scene, as well as a spent shell casing, which were seized for further examination.
A criminal case for murder has been initiated in accordance with Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As the investigation established, the victim, as well as A.N. and O.A., were classmates. The conflict between O.Z. and A.N. flared up during the joint consumption of alcoholic beverages, resulting in A.N. firing the shotgun belonging to the homeowner O.A. O.Z. died on the spot from the inflicted wound.
The suspects, A.N., born in 1993, and O.A., born in 1991, were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The court has ruled to keep them in custody for two months.
The investigation is ongoing.
