Individuals suspected of fraudulent activities have been detained
In the Chui region, suspects have been detained for committing large-scale fraud, as reported by representatives of the regional internal affairs department.
On June 21, 2025, a resident of the village of Luxembourg named Sh. V., born in 1981, approached law enforcement. He reported that at the end of January 2025, I. A. along with accomplices deceitfully seized his apartment.
After that, the criminals re-registered the property and sold it to third parties, causing the owner a loss of 80 thousand dollars.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspects, I. A., born in 1995, and M. E., born in 1994, have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
