In the third round match of the qualifying stage, the youth national football team of Kyrgyzstan showcased an outstanding performance, defeating the Guam team with a score of 9:0.
This victory served as an important moral boost for the team after setbacks in previous matches against Yemen (0:2) and Pakistan (1:3), which deprived them of chances to advance to the final stage of the Asian Cup.
In light of these defeats, the Kyrgyz Football Union made the decision to change coaches: Alexander Bauer left his position, and Anarbek Ormombekov took over the preparation for the match against Guam. Under his leadership, the team displayed a dynamic and confident style of play, leaving the opponent with no chances.
