At the concert, the best works of the composer will be performed by leading soloists of the Kyrgyz opera, as well as the A. Jumakhmatov State Academic Symphony Orchestra, the symphony orchestra of the A. Maldybaev Theater, the Presidential Chamber Orchestra "Manas," and a combined choir consisting of students from the K. Moldobasanov Kyrgyz National Conservatory and the M. Kurenkiev State Music College. Conducting will be People's Artist Rakhatebek Osmonaliev and Medet Osmonov.
Muratbek Begaliev is an outstanding composer, educator, and public figure who founded the Kyrgyz National Conservatory. His work serves as a link between the rich national folklore and contemporary musical trends.
Begaliev is a prominent representative of the modern composer school of Kyrgyzstan. He has composed music for 30 films and 20 plays. Starting from September 2024, he will take the position of General Director of the A. Maldybaev Kyrgyz National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater.
