On November 29, a concert titled "Kambarakan's Melodies" will take place at the Toktogul Satylganov National Philharmonic, presented by the folk-ethnographic ensemble "Kambarakan" named after Chalagyz Isabaev.

According to the press service of the philharmonic, the ensemble is led by the People's Artist of Kyrgyzstan Rysbek Jumakunov, who serves as its chief conductor and artistic director.

Founded in 1988, the folk ensemble "Kambarakan" is a unique collective that possesses a collection of ancient musical instruments. Its arsenal includes the komuz, kyl kyak, temir komuz, kerney, surnai, sybyzgy, zhylazhyn, dobulbas, zhuldaq, asa-tayak, and many others.

The ensemble's repertoire mainly consists of works by folk composers such as Toktogul, Niyazaly, Murataaly, Ataya, Ybrai, Karamoldo, as well as contemporary authors: Zhumabaev, Jumakunov, and Abdrakhmanov.
