As part of the "One Village - One Product" project, which has been in operation since 2018, the Batken region presented ten new products developed using Japanese technologies. According to information from the regional administration, a selection took place at a recent meeting of the brand committee, during which the new products were presented.
Among them are: tea made from apricot flowers, beet nectar, raspberry concentrate, dried apricot with a kernel, walnuts with dried fruits, apple nectar, rose hip powder, apricot marmalade, apricot with honey, and scrub made from apricot kernels.
All proposed products successfully passed the competitive selection and received approval from the brand committee.
Since the launch of the project, 45 different product names have been developed in the region, of which 29 have become national brands and received the corresponding certificates. Branded products are already available on the market throughout the republic, and some items, including "Nukura" candies and dried apricots from the "Alysh-Dan" cooperative, are exported to Russia.
It should be noted that at the "Best National Brand" competition held on February 6, 2025, in Bishkek, the Batken region was recognized as the winner for the results of 2024. ```
