More than 20 million ticket applications received
FIFA has introduced a new category of tickets for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will take place in three countries.
This information was posted on the official website of the organization, as reported by the portal Sport5.BY.
The new category of tickets, called "Fan Entry," will cost $60 and will be available for all 104 matches of the tournament, including the final. Sales will be conducted through the national member associations (NMAs), each of which will independently determine the application submission conditions and selection criteria for the most affordable tickets. These tickets are expected to be offered to the most dedicated fans of the national teams.
Currently, FIFA has reported that more than 20 million applications have already been received as part of the random draw.
We remind you that the 2026 FIFA World Cup will take place from June 11 to July 19 in the USA, Mexico, and Canada, with 48 teams participating.
