According to available information, this decision was made in accordance with a special resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers aimed at ensuring compliance with veterinary and phytosanitary standards. These measures are intended to ensure the safety of meat products and guarantee the population access to quality food products.
The new pavilion "Chüygün," located in the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek, occupies 800 square meters and fully meets sanitary requirements. It includes:
- an office and laboratory for the veterinary service;
- a quarantine storage facility for meat;
- a refrigeration room with an area of 90 square meters;
- other service premises.
This innovation represents a significant improvement for entrepreneurs and wholesale suppliers who bring meat products from the capital and other regions. Now, meat will be sold in safe, clean, and organized conditions.
