“Aykol was born prematurely. We immediately learned about her diagnosis. At first, my husband was very supportive in caring for the child, but soon his attitude changed, and he left the family. I feel like he could never come to terms with our daughter's illness,” Begimai shares.
Left alone with a newborn who requires constant care, Begimai moved to Bishkek.

Begimai's daughter has a number of complex diagnoses, and she needs help.
“In the village, I worked baking buns for sale. In Bishkek, I found a job at a beauty salon and became a hairdresser. Now I earn more, but life in the city is more expensive,” she shares.
Aykol has already undergone two surgeries in Bishkek to correct the ankle joint deformity, but unfortunately, the desired results have not been achieved.

“I learned that abroad they can perform a more complex and effective surgery. I started gathering information and contacted doctors in Turkey. They assured me that the clubfoot can be corrected. The surgery costs $25,000, but I don’t have that kind of money, and I don’t know how to earn it quickly,” says Begimai.
I decided to start a fundraising campaign for Aykol's surgery. I ask for help from everyone who can support us. Every amount is important to us.

Aykol is Begimai's only daughter. The girl cannot walk and has never been able to. The mother's dream is to see her daughter stand on her feet.
“I really need your support. Over these six years, I have faced all the difficulties related to Aykol alone. She often suffered from pain, and so did I. I am ready to do everything in my power for her. But raising such a sum of money is beyond my means. Therefore, overcoming my shame, I turned to kind people for help,” she shares.

Begimai has managed to raise 500,000 soms, but this amount is not enough to fully cover the cost of the surgery.
