Vakunov also noted that there is currently a transition to digital accounting of labor migrants.
“The main requirements for citizens of Kyrgyzstan wishing to work in Russia include compliance with the legislation, having legal grounds for residence and employment, in particular, having a contract for a job placement. One of the advantages is that citizens of Kyrgyzstan do not need a patent for employment in Russia,” he added.
