This topic was raised by the deputy at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh.
At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Zhyldyz Sadyrbaeva raised the issue of the situation with blood transfusions in emergency cases. When patients arrive at the hospital with an urgent need for a transfusion, their relatives are often forced to go to the blood center themselves to obtain the necessary blood.
In addition, they need to undergo compatibility testing at one of the private clinics.
"Relatives are told: first, get the blood at the center, then go to a private clinic for the compatibility test, and only after that can the transfusion be performed. This happens in critical situations. Every minute is important, and during this time, a patient can be lost," the deputy emphasized.
She also noted that relatives are forced to stand in long lines, wait for doctors and test results, which only exacerbates the situation.
Sadyrbaeva suggested that compatibility testing should be conducted directly in the hospitals, and that the delivery of blood should be handled by medical institution staff using official transport and specially trained personnel.
The deputy also proposed an initiative for free coronary angiography in emergency cases to avoid delays associated with finding the necessary funds.
