The recorded video shows a section of the sidewalk between Kurmanjan Datka and Parkhomenko streets.
According to neighborhood residents, after the rain, the sidewalk becomes almost impassable due to the puddles that form. People are forced to step onto the roadway, creating dangerous situations, especially near the school, which many children attend daily.
One local resident said: "I have lived here for about five years, and during all this time, the sidewalk has never been repaired. It is practically destroyed, with only the clay base remaining. I ask you to pay attention to this problem and carry out the necessary work to restore the sidewalk by filling in the formed holes."
