As reported by 24.kg, the press service of the authorized representative of the head of state in the region announced a busy program of events that will cover the entire day—from cultural performances to a large evening gala.
The festivities will kick off at 11:00 AM in the central square named after Turdakun Usubaliev with the main cultural event. After the official part, from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, there will be a lunch break during which everyone will be treated to a traditional spring delicacy—sumolok.
For active leisure enthusiasts, national sports games are planned to take place from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on the grounds in front of the regional prosecutor's office.
After the sports events, the celebration will return to the main square, where a daytime concert program will run from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
After a short break, at 7:00 PM, a magnificent evening gala concert featuring stars of the domestic stage will begin. The celebration of Nowruz will conclude with a fireworks display scheduled for 9:30 PM.
It is worth noting that in recent years, Nowruz has been celebrated at the republican level in various regions of the country. Previously, the festivities were held in the cities of Osh and Batken.
