The event took place as part of the XXV City Festival of Amateur Art, the applied arts competition "The Sun Shines Equally for All," and an inclusive sports festival.
Deputy Mayor for Social Issues Victoria Mozgacheva noted her participation in this event.
“Your achievements in sports, education, and the arts inspire us! Our main strategic task is to provide accessible and quality education for all children, as well as to expand opportunities for their sports and creative growth,” she emphasized.
During the celebration, winners of the amateur art festival and the applied arts competition, as well as the sports festival for persons with disabilities, were awarded. Laureates received diplomas, certificates, and various gifts. Additionally, children from specialized institutions were given sweet gift sets.
