As a result of the inspection, it became clear that the organizers did not have legal permission to employ citizens abroad. In this regard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs drew up an administrative protocol under the article on "illegal activities in the field of employment."

Additionally, explanatory conversations were held with the participants and organizers of the event, emphasizing the rules of safe labor migration and the necessity of checking for the presence of permit documents with intermediaries.

The agency noted that the employment of Kyrgyz citizens outside the country is allowed only with official permission. Citizens are advised to be cautious and to check the legality of companies offering vacancies abroad in advance, including through the official website of the center.
