The head coach Edmar Lacerda has selected 24 players for the extended list, from which 23 footballers will be chosen for the final roster for the tournament.
Currently, the team is conducting a training camp in the United Arab Emirates, where preparations for the Asian Cup are coming to an end.
On December 23, the Kyrgyz team played a friendly match against the team of China, resulting in a defeat with a score of 0:1. A rematch between these teams is scheduled for December 29.
The training camp in the UAE will conclude on January 2, 2026.
The final part of the youth Asian Cup will begin on January 6 in Saudi Arabia. In their first match, the Kyrgyzstan team will face the tournament hosts at the stadium in Jeddah.
