According to the information from the agency, such lotteries, disguised as "draws" and promising prizes in the form of cars, cash, and other valuables, engage in fraudulent activities. They violate the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and pose a threat to the financial security of the population.
Identified internet resources with signs of illegal lotteries
During an analysis conducted by the Financial Supervision Service, the following platforms were identified:
- Fitness Club Dasmia;
- Shopping Center "Bishkek Park";
- YouTube Channel "Million TV";
- YouTube Channel "Tulpar TV";
- YouTube Channel "Aselden Belek";
- YouTube Channel "Meerim TV".
These platforms do not have the necessary permits to organize lottery activities, and their actions contain signs of illegal draws.
